Kubus Sports
Kubus Sports, founded in 1970 in Bussum (NL), is a leading owner of premium brands active in various sports, including kitesurfing, wingsurfing, windsurfing, SUP, foiling, sailing, wakeboarding, skiing, snowboarding, hockey and padel.
Kubus has a very strong portfolio of proprietary premium brands such as Naish, Prolimit, STX, Ohana, Storm, Brabo, Brabo Goalie, Princess and Atom. Additionally, Kubus distributes various brands such as Elan, Nitro, Giro and Red Bull Specs. Kubus has a proven track record in building brands with in-house R&D, design, sales, marketing and distribution.
With the acquisition of Naish in January 2023, Kubus took a significant step toward strengthening its position in the funsports market. Together with management, our goal is to grow Kubus Sports and its premium brands into leaders in their market segments.

Polem
Polem is a manufacturer of industrial storage goods made from composite, based in Lemmer.
The general public knows Polem's products from grain silos on farms, but Polem's products have many industrial applications, such as in the food industry for humans and animals, de-icing, (petro)chemical industry and renewable energy. In fact, all industries that need atmospheric storage of dry or wet products can turn to Polem.
With more than 50 years of experience, Polem has a unique position in the Western European market and the organization is ready for further growth.
Together with Transformation Capital, Polem is on its way to becoming a dynamic organization with high-quality products and relevant services, where the customer journey from quote to delivery is automated and digitalized to a large extent.

Nedelko (exit 2025)
Nedelko is an electrotechnical importer and wholesaler from Barendrecht consisting of two business units:
(1) Techniek & Veiligheid trades in electrotechnical materials, such as industrial label printing machines, identification and safety systems.
(2) ProLumia, the proprietary LED lighting brand for the professional lighting industry.
Nedelko is active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the Czech Republic.
After a successful period of growth, Nedelko was sold in 2025.
